Collage_Ingrid is an analog collage artist living in Leuven (Belgium). Collage_Ingrid wants to challenge observers to different perceptions of reality by depicting ordinary objects in an unusual context. Her work is fresh and bright and contains humor. She prefers analog collage to digital since in this technique she gets more surprised by the unknown. Interesting pictures found in magazines excite her creativity and let her make new associations. She also introduces other materials than paper in her collages, as pastels, paint, cyanotype, and fabrics. These materials are not only a tool, but also add another layer to her artworks.
